Ordering & delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Order before 16:00 and we’ll ship your order the same working day. How quickly your parcel arrives depends on the carrier, but usually it’s the next working day. In the Netherlands you can also choose evening delivery with Trunkrs, so you’ll have your order the same day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a track & trace code.
When will a product be back in stock?
Unfortunately we can’t always say for certain. Feel free to email us and we’ll see if we can arrange something with our supplier.
Returns & complaints
What is the return period?
You have 30 days to return your order. If this period has passed but the products are still unused, we may be able to make an exception. Please contact us to discuss your options.
How do I return an item?
You can easily register your return through our returns portal.
What should I do if a product arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us and we’ll replace the damaged product free of charge.
Installation & assembly
How do I install my track lighting?
We have step-by-step installation instructions for every system. You can find them all on our installation guides page.
What are the dimensions of the tracks?
The lengths we specify include the end power feed. You can find an overview of all available lengths and tips for measuring accurately on our track lighting measurement guide page.
Can I shorten the track?
Yes, you can. You can easily cut the track to size using a hacksaw.
Which power feed do I need?
If your power connection is at the beginning or end of the track, you use an end power feed. This is included as standard with every set and track. If your power connection is somewhere along the middle of the track, you need a centre power feed, which is sold separately.
Smart & dimmable
Do your lights work with Philips Hue?
Yes. Simply install a Philips Hue GU10 LED bulb in a spotlight with a GU10 fitting, and you can control your track lighting through Hue.
Are your lights dimmable?
Yes, if you combine a dimmable GU10 LED bulb with a compatible LED dimmer. Our Zigbee products can be dimmed using smart controls.
Business & advice
Can I place a business order?
Absolutely! Simply enter your VAT number during checkout. We're also happy to advise business customers and are open to long-term partnerships.

Track lighting is best experienced in person. At our showroom in Almelo, you can explore the different systems, spotlights and colours, and see the differences between single-phase, three-phase and magnetic track lighting for yourself.
