Good to know: at checkout, you will see which online payment methods are available for your order. Payment by bank transfer is possible by arrangement, for example after a quotation request.

Can I pay later or in instalments?
Yes, with Klarna you can pay later or spread the cost of your purchase in instalments. Klarna assesses whether this option is available for your order.
Why don't I see Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Apple Pay and Google Pay are only shown if your device and browser support this payment method and a payment card is linked to it.
I live in Belgium. How can I pay?
For customers in Belgium, we offer Bancontact. You can also use PayPal, payment cards and Klarna, among others.
My payment failed. What now?
Check whether the amount has been debited from your account. If you are unsure about the status, please contact our customer service and include your order number.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, for example when you order based on a quotation. You will receive the required payment details with the quotation or invoice. Please contact our customer service for this.
