Standard delivery

These are packages up to 1.5 metres. Our 1-circuit complete sets consist of 1-metre rails with connectors. These packages are therefore no longer than 1 metre and fall under standard delivery.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace. Make sure someone is at home to accept the package; this is especially important for long shipments.

For larger orders, your order may be shipped in two consignments. Packages may sometimes be delayed. Packages longer than 2 metres are shipped via GLS (Freight).

Returns

Would you like to return your order or withdraw from a purchase? Easily register this via our returns portal. There you will find all return conditions and instructions.

Returns must first be approved by us before you receive a return label. This usually happens the same day. If you register a return outside business hours, it may take a little longer.

Conditions for withdrawal

You have 30 days after receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. After notifying us, you must return the product to us within 30 days.

Opened, used, or damaged products can also be returned under the right of withdrawal. You are only liable for any loss in value if it resulted from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method. You will be notified by email.

Received a damaged package?

Was your shipment delivered damaged? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Photos of the damage help us resolve the issue more quickly. If possible, keep the packaging so that we can properly assess the situation and investigate it with the carrier.
