For a cozy atmosphere, I recommend choosing spotlights with a low color temperature, for example between 2000K and 2700K. For a bright and active atmosphere, it’s better to choose spotlights with a higher color temperature, for example between 3000K and 4000K.

The number of spotlights you can add to your track lighting depends on the length of the track and the size of the dining room. In general, you can add between four and eight spotlights to a track above a dining table. Make sure you don’t add too many spotlights, as this can make the dining room too bright and therefore less cozy.
