Deleting your data

At Qub, we place great importance on your privacy and the protection of your personal data. If you would like your data to be deleted, you can submit a request here. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What happens to your request?

When you submit a request to have your data deleted:

  • We will delete all personal data we have stored about you, unless we are legally required to retain it.

  • We will confirm your request by email and inform you when the deletion is complete.

  • Your data will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from our systems.

How do you submit a request?

  1. Send an email to info@qub.nl with the following information:

    • Your full name

    • The email address associated with your account

    • A clear description of the request (for example: "I request the deletion of all my personal data")

  2. Wait for confirmation

    You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 3 business days. The actual deletion process takes a maximum of 30 days.

  3. Receive confirmation of deletion

    Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a final confirmation by email.

Exceptions

In some cases, we may not be able to delete your data completely, for example:

  • If we are legally required to retain data (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).

  • If your data is needed for ongoing legal proceedings.

In such cases, we will inform you and retain only the data that is strictly necessary.
