Order by 11:59 PM on weekdays, shipped the next business day! (NL)

When you place your order before 11:59 PM, the item is in stock in our webshop, and payment is completed, your order will be delivered to your home the next day!* Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If you have chosen evening delivery with Trunkrs, you will receive a Track&Trace code in this message. This allows you to easily track the package right to your door.

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll likely want to start with your new track lighting as soon as possible. If you choose evening delivery, please ensure someone is home to receive the package.

Since you can indicate when you want to receive your order, the delivery service won’t need to make additional delivery attempts. This is not only convenient for the delivery driver, but it’s also very sustainable and convenient for you.

*Delivery of large products

For delivering large products, such as rails longer than 1.5m in one piece, we are required to ship with specialized couriers. The carrier CheapCargo will come to your location on business days, usually 1-2 business days after your order. Once the order is processed, you’ll receive an email from CheapCargo with the delivery date and time. This email will include the delivery time. You must be present at the scheduled time. If you are not at the agreed place at the agreed time, any possible costs will be charged to you.

Warranty Period

All products we deliver come with a standard 24-month warranty. In the product information, you’ll find the warranty period if it differs. If the product breaks within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you can claim the warranty with us. We will handle the entire warranty process for you.

Cooling-off Period

You have a cooling-off period (inspection period) of 14 days to return the item without giving any reason. The item can be returned if it is unused and undamaged.

Return Procedure

If the purchased item does not meet your expectations or if you are not satisfied with it, you can return the purchased goods.
The following conditions apply:
• The goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving them;
• The goods must be complete, unused, and undamaged.

To assist you as best as possible, we request that you register your return in advance. You can do this via email, WhatsApp customer service, or by calling 085 105 2049.

Refund of Purchase Amount

The amount of the returned goods will be refunded within 14 days to the account registered with us.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, you must report the damaged delivery as soon as possible (within a maximum of 3 working days after delivery) so we can report the damage to the carrier. Make sure to keep the packaging so that we can determine how the damage occurred and prevent this in the future.

If your product is damaged, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and help you obtain a replacement or refund.
