What should I do if I haven’t received my package yet? 

Would you like to know more about the current delivery status of your order? You can easily track the delivery status of your order using the Track and Trace link.
 
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but unexpected factors can sometimes lead to delays. If you haven’t received your package within our standard delivery times, please follow the steps below.
 
Solution

1. Check the delivery times for the type of item in your order. If your order contains composite items, delivery may take 1-2 extra business days.

2. You can check the status of your order by visiting the track and trace page.
 
3. View the delivery status of your order in the table below. Here you can see which stage your order is in and what actions you can take at each stage.

Order status is 'Canceled' or 'Pending Payment'.

Your order may be canceled or not yet shipped because the payment might not have been received on time or is not fully completed. Please contact us.

The item you ordered may be out of stock. Contact us. If the item is out of stock, it will be ordered for you.

Order status is 'Order Shipped' but the tracking code is stuck on 'Out for Delivery' or an earlier status.
