What should I do if I haven’t received my package yet?
1. Check the delivery times for the type of item in your order. If your order contains composite items, delivery may take 1-2 extra business days.
Delivery Status | Solution |
Order status is 'Canceled' or 'Pending Payment'. | Your order may be canceled or not yet shipped because the payment might not have been received on time or is not fully completed. Please contact us. |
Order is stuck on the status 'Order Paid'. | The item you ordered may be out of stock. Contact us. If the item is out of stock, it will be ordered for you. |
Order status is 'Order Shipped' but the tracking code is stuck on 'Out for Delivery' or an earlier status. | The tracking code is stuck on 'Out for Delivery' or an earlier status. Your order has left our warehouse and is now in the hands of the courier. Contact us. |
