Warranty Terms
All Qub track lighting systems come with a 3-year warranty. This ensures that you’re choosing a durable and reliable product.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Faulty electrical components, such as LED modules and drivers.
- Damage occurring during normal use in accordance with the installation and user manual.
- Damage incurred during transport.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., coatings or components).
- Damage due to improper use, installation, or maintenance.
- Damage caused by external factors, such as flooding, fire, or lightning strikes.
- Products modified without Qub’s authorization.
How to file a warranty claim?
1. Check the purchase date
Ensure the product is within the warranty period. You can verify this using your purchase receipt or invoice. Your invoice serves as your proof of warranty.
2. Contact our customer service
Send an email to [email protected]. In your email, include the following:
- Your name and contact details.
- The invoice or order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos of the defect (if possible).
3. Assessment and solution
Our team will assess your claim and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible, such as replacement or refund.
