What is Magnetic Track Lighting?
Track lighting simply refers to lighting that hangs from a rail. There are various types, such as 1-phase and 3-phase systems, but also magnetic track lighting. In this category, you hang a magnetic track from your ceiling or wall, which operates under a constant voltage of 48 volts. Then, you can easily attach various magnetic rail spots or magnetic pendant lights to it. Since each light is equipped with a magnetic connector, you simply click the lamp onto the rails, and it will work instantly! This system allows you to easily move the lights to the position you want. If you decide to change your interior, you can also adjust your lighting in no time!
Magnetic Track Lighting Connectors
To create a unique network of magnetic voltage rails, you can connect the rails using various types of connectors. Link multiple magnetic voltage rails in a straight line, or create a corner with the L-connectors. You can also extend the magnetic track lighting into the wall by using an internal corner connector. Be sure to check if the connectors are suitable for surface-mount or recessed installation; a surface-mount connector won’t fit a recessed rail and vice versa.
